About Us
Who are we, and what do we do?
We are a private U.S. owned company in the Midwest that is focused on acquiring, managing and holding land for the long term. Buying and flipping is NOT a part of our business model. We invest in properties for camping, hiking, conservation, recreation, hunting and relaxing year round. We focus on land that others may not see potential value in or the possibilities of what it can be, and transform it into usable private recreational spaces. We have properties that range in size from 2.5 acres to just over 35 acres. Most are 5 - 10. These are private properties made available by contacting us below.
Our history:
Started in 2019. We began with 5 wooded acres and have grown to 119 acres in total. We own and manage 19 properties across 2 states and 5 counties that have primitive, rustic and off grid camp sites or tiny cabins, along with trails, forests, wetlands and small river front access to explore and enjoy.
